  1. Where do I pick up my order?

All orders are picked up at our Daniel Island location:
65 Fairchild Street, Daniel Island, SC 29492.

  1. When can I pick up my order?

Available pickup dates and times will be displayed at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

  1. Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is currently no minimum order amount for pickup orders.

  1. What happens if I can’t pick up my order on time?

If you are unable to pick up your order during your selected pickup window, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate alternative arrangements when possible.

  1. How do you handle refrigerated and frozen items?

Refrigerated and frozen items are stored at proper temperatures until pickup. Customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating or freezing temperature-sensitive products after pickup to maintain quality and food safety.

  1. Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations may be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup date. Once orders have been prepared, cancellations may not be possible.

  1. What is your return policy on food?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will work to make it right.

  1. How are your items sourced?

We specialize in authentic Greek flavors, offering a carefully curated selection of imported pantry staples, specialty foods, refrigerated products, and frozen favorites sourced from Greece and trusted suppliers.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.
