- Local Pickup & Transfer of Responsibility
To Steki Two Greeks Pantry & Market offers local pickup only. Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the selected pickup window at our Daniel Island location.
Ownership and responsibility for all products transfer to the customer upon pickup. Customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating or freezing temperature-sensitive products after pickup to maintain quality and food safety.
- Product Information & Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, ingredients, nutrition information, allergen information, and product images are based on information provided by manufacturers and suppliers and may change without notice.
• Food Allergies: Our facility handles products containing common allergens. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
• Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging, labeling, and product appearance may vary slightly.
- Food Safety & Handling
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:
• Refrigerated and frozen items should be stored at appropriate temperatures as soon as possible after pickup.
• Product quality and food safety cannot be guaranteed if items are not properly stored after pickup.
• Customers are responsible for following all storage, preparation, and expiration guidelines provided on product packaging.
• Consuming raw or undercooked seafood, shellfish, meats, poultry, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, To Steki Two Greeks Pantry & Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or from the improper storage, handling, preparation, or consumption of products after pickup.
- Pickup Schedule & Order Collection
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during their selected pickup window.
If you are unable to pick up your order as scheduled, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate alternative arrangements, we cannot guarantee product quality or availability outside the scheduled pickup window.
We reserve the right to modify pickup schedules due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, equipment issues, or supply chain disruptions. Customers will be notified using the contact information provided at checkout.
In addition to processing orders, we may collect information such as pickup dates, pickup times, contact information, and order notes to coordinate local pickup services and communicate regarding your order.
