Refund & Cancellation Policy

Perishable Goods Policy (Final Sale)

To ensure the highest quality and food safety standards, all food sales are final. Because we carry temperature-sensitive products, including refrigerated and frozen Greek specialties, we cannot accept returns on food items after they have been picked up.

Order Issues & Product Concerns

We want you to have the best experience with our products. Please inspect your order at the time of pickup.

If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at shop@twogreeksmarket.com within 24 hours of pickup.

Please include your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the selected pickup date.

Once an order has been prepared or packed for pickup, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Food products, including refrigerated, frozen, and pantry items

• Opened pantry goods such as olive oils, honey, coffee, spices, and other specialty foods

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Refunds

If a refund is approved for a missing, damaged, or incorrect item, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Financial institutions may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
